ITALIAN DESIGN AT OUR CORE

Measure
Survey

Our first step in any project is to survey and produce a comprehensive and accurate drawn representation of the existing elements.

Conceptual
Designs

We translate customers’ wishes into customised designs and their needs into functional and enhanced spaces.

Planning
Packages

Our planning service includes advice on local authority’s guidelines, preparation of drawings, auxiliary documentation and liaising with the planning authority.

Construction
Drawings

This service is a comprehensive construction manual, which minimises the client’s effort in communicating with their respective contractors.

Contract
Management

We manage and help to negotiate terms and conditions with clients and third parties and draw up legal documents outlining terms of service and deliverables.

Project
Management

We plan and coordinate every aspect of a project by overseeing work operations at all stages, ensuring construction meets set standards.

Interior
Architecture

We support the customer to design and define bespoke spaces for the complete practical and environmental qualities in which to live.

Joinery
Drawings

We work closely with our clients to produce bespoke joinery solutions, harmonising construction details, aesthetic sensibilities and practical usage.
